So I came across this because I was getting the same error. However, I got this problem while I was setting up my own apache we server. I wanted to be able to download a 7.5 GB file. I figured that the problem was with my server configuration (and part of it was), but I found out that neither Chrome nor IE would download the file. Firefox was the only browser (of the 3) that would download the file. Seeing as Apache (by default), Chrome, and IE all would not handle downloads of that size, I assume that maybe w3 (World Wide Web Consortium) probably discourages downloads of that size over http. Just a thought though.

However, the light at the end of the tunnel, there is a work around. If you get a download manager, then it will be able to handle large downloads. I didn’t experiment with this too much, but I know it works for IE. To get this to work on Chrome, you will probably need to find a download manager that is compatible with Chrome. This may be difficult since Chrome is such a new browser and comes with a very nice download manager built in.

i get where ur coming from but i think that the point is that if u notice someone u know that is getting too much money not total strangers in the street as you said

Good post. Couldn’t agree more. This ‘possibility of being guilty unless proven innocent’ isn’t a positive thing for society at all.

As a photographer, it offends me greatly that I might be considered a terrorist threat if I point my camera at CCTV cameras. I have every right to do this.
